Cancellation Policy

VYBE Photo Booth Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy ("Policy") is established by VYBE Booth  to outline the terms under which bookings may be canceled or rescheduled.

 

By booking our services, the client agrees to the following terms:

 

1. Non-Refundable Deposit A non-refundable deposit of the total booking fee is required to secure the event date. This deposit covers administrative costs and lost opportunities for other bookings.

 

2. Client Cancellation Policy More than 7 days before the event: Client is eligible for a refund Within 7 days of the event: No refunds will be issued, and the full balance is due.

 

3. Rescheduling Policy More than 7 days before the event: The Client may reschedule once at no additional cost, subject to availability. Within 7 days of the event: Rescheduling is not permitted, and the full balance remains due. If the Client wishes to book a new date, a new booking and deposit will be required.

 

4. Company Cancellation Policy If the Company must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, staff illness, or extreme weather), the Client will have the option to: Reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability. Receive a full refund, minus any already incurred expenses.

 

5. Force Majeure Clause Neither party shall be liable for cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of God. In such cases, the Client may reschedule the event at no additional cost, subject to availability. No cash refunds will be issued.

 

6. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy The Client must ensure the event space is accessible and ready for setup at the agreed-upon time. If the Client delays setup by more than [XX] minutes, service time will not be extended. If the Client fails to provide access or is a no-show, the booking will be canceled without refund.

7. Refund Processing If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
